Citris and Dill Tilapia

This is the first entry on my blog!  I am super excited!  I made this dish recently.  I had an orange in the fridge and fresh dill.  By the way, they also sell fresh dill in tubes now.  It is a bit weird, but it stays fresh for a longer period of time.  I de-frosted the tilapia and then placed it in the pan when the pan was hot.  I squeezed the orange over the tilapia and threw in a few pieces of fresh dill.  The dill wilts as it cooks so I threw in a few more right before the fish was done cooking.  You know when it is finished when you can cut into the fish with a fork and it flakes easily.  It was a great meal because it only took about 10 minutes to make.
